A New Heart for the Largest Stage in the Northwest

The Oldenburgisches Staatstheater is the oldest theater in Oldenburg, but has always shown a great openness towards contemporary artistic developments. In order to meet the associated increased demands of productions, Amptown Systems Company has installed a new adunas stage management system, an intercom system with 12 intercom stations, a FreeSpeak system, and four belt packs, as well as an expanded video system in the Kleines Haus.

The Oldenburgisches Staatstheater is the oldest theater in Oldenburg, but has always shown a great openness towards contemporary artistic developments. The Hamburgische Staatsoper, also known as the “Opera for the City”, was founded in 1678 by art-loving Hamburg citizens as the first privately run opera house in Germany. During renovation work, executives decided to update the subsidiary console to a state of the art one. Amptown System Company was tasked with quickly installing its own adunas system for controlling the working lights.
The Barenboim Said Academy is a music academy in the heart of Berlin. The essential element is the Pierre Boulez Hall designed by Frank Gehry. This uniquely designed concert hall offers an atmosphere of communication, listening, and understanding.
The Elbphilharmonie is one of the most impressive concert halls in the world. Its unusual shape resembles a wave of glass and gives Hamburg a new silhouette. The fact that guests of the Elphi not only enjoy excellent sound, but also have everything in view, is not least due to Amptown System Company. During the decennial construction phase, ASC brought the complex technology to a contemporary level and united the interests of architects, operators, and artists.
The kING Ingelheim, is a culture and congress hall that clearly stands out from conventional multipurpose venues.
Opened early, destroyed, renovated for years, then closed again. The first freestanding opera house in Germany on the boulevard “Unter den Linden” has a long and moving history. On December 7, 2017, a new season in the “Linden Opera” could finally be started – with a fresh shine and excellent acoustics. The technical solutions of Amptown System Company were a decisive factor in this.
The Chamber Music Hall is the architectural and musical little brother of the Berlin Philharmonic Hall designed by the architect Hans Scharoun. Completed in 1987, the concert hall seats 1,180 people. Due to new EU energy directives, the conventional light bulbs used are no longer produced. Amptown System Company was commissioned to find an alternative that would meet the highest demands of the Philharmonic and the orchestras playing in the Chamber Music Hall.

Since its opening in 1904, the Theater Bielefeld has been the cultural center of East Westphalia with over 600 performances per season.

The Vanemuine Theater in the Estonian city of Tartu, together with three associated buildings, forms the only three-genre theater in the country.
The Thalia Theater is one of the three Hamburg state theaters. The straight theater stage has a permanent, much praised ensemble, and seats about 1,000 spectators.
